BBQ Cajun Chicken

This is an ol' time fav amongst our friends. You know when you come over for BBQ, you're more than likely gonna get BBQ Cajun Chicken. And that's okay because is damn tasty! So I know I'm about doing stuff the back-to-basics way but this one thing that is just easier to buy pre-mixed. However - if you wanna make it up below I've listed the ingredients. This is really easy and simple - but yummy!

Cajun spice mix (Masterfoods is the best one we've tried that's available at a regular supermarket)
Olive oil
Chicken pieces (fillets, wings, drumsticks - whatever you fancy)

1. In a bowl flavour your chicken pieces with the cajun chicken spices and oil. Don't be shy with the spice mix. Ensure a good coating.

2. Cover and place in fridge for a few minutes (or hours - depending how much time you have).

3. Take out of fridge and allow chicken to come to close to room temperature. In the meantime, heat your BBQ grill.

4. Grill chicken on hot BBQ til cooked through and serve.

Cajun spice mix ingredients:
Salt, Paprika, Wheat Starch, Black Pepper, Onion, Basil, Garlic, Chilli, Fennel, Thyme
